Editing. Lots of Editing.

I'm editing Reborn now!! 66 pages done. Hooray!

I also started writing Revenge. I have the prologues written down on paper somewhere, so I need to type those in, but I started chapter 1. Going pretty well.
I cut a few characters in Reborn, so through the rest of the books I really want to find a good place to weave them back in.

Anyway, not much else to say. I got a pretty decent start on Assassin, then hit a block, so that's when I went to Reborn. I had to write a couple of papers, plus had three-hours-long-every-night play practice for a week and a half. So I didn't have too much time to write.

But, I spent winter break in San Francisco with my dad's family, lots of fun. We've been going through my grandpa's house and we found some pretty cool stuff. Got lots of ideas for my writing.
Plus we went to the Winchester Mystery House, so I know think I know what the Whispers' Mansion probably looks like, more or less. (Lol.) We also went to the Mystery Spot. Lots of fun. Big recommendation. The Mystery Spot, BTW, is in Santa Cruz. If you go, go to the beach. There's a really pretty lighthouse and a nice beach. My mom (From NY.) said the sea was on the wrong side.

Anyway, happy New Year, everyone.
A lot of things changed in 2010, but let's hope things get better in 2011.

Also, it feels a bit weird, because I based The Name of the Game trilogy in 2009/2010.

But oh well...

Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. Try Flicks, if you ever see them. So good. So sugary...
I got a sugar rush after I ate three of them. Yum!

Forever and a Day

Well, haven't posted in FOREVER. Because I've been working on my manuscript. Which, by the way, is what I should be doing now. So I'll make this quick.
On chapter 22. 138 pages! Trying for 150 by the next time I see Liza, which is Wednesday. Have I mentioned her before? If not, she's another author who's mentoring me. (Yay!!) I think I'm going to get to 150 too!
So... close... to... 200... pages...
I am GOING to finish before school starts again at the end of August! I WILL!
Some interesting camps right now. Four classes a day, which I signed up for. Archery, then an acting class. After lunch are two writing classes. Fav is the acting class. I don't like one of the writing classes that much. I am SO better than those people! And I'm the youngest! Maybe I'll bring my 150 pages sometime this week.
(Picturing the teacher's face... LOL.)
Week after I'm going to my fav writing camp, Red Oak. Love that camp!
Then we're going on a road trip!
Since I said this would be fast, I'll say more later this week.

Now, for the new and returning season on TV:
Haven is AWESOME! Gonna be great!
Warehouse 13 is going to be BETTER THAN EVER! LOVE Claudia! Thank GOD Artie's not dead!
Waiting for White Collar and Psych! COME FASTER!

Tonight's DW looks TERRIFYING and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Can't WAIT!
♥ the Doc!

100 Pages!

I have now written 100 pages in my book! I'm so happy! Right now I'm on chapter 16, although it isn't going so well. I think the chapter will be called sleep, but I'm not positive.

Doesn't matter. I love my book!!! I am so happy!!

YAY!!!!

Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. I really think I might be able to pull off finishing this thing by the end of summer break!

P.P.S. I'm in California right now! Very fun. But I do miss my Mac... Grandpa doesn't have Wi-Fi, so I have to write this on the home comp... :-( But if you think that I'd leave my writing at home, what with how far I've gotten, think again! Muwahahahaha!

Don't ask.

Europe-Part 1

Oh, this is sad... It's taken me to May to FINALLY post the pictures I took in London and Paris.
These aren't in a particular order, considering we went to London first, but what ever.
I don't know who put the sticker on the street sign outside the Paris opera house, but thanks! Now the street is my last name.
I took this picture in a bus.
I think it turned out rather well.
Another picture from the same bus ride, but I used this interesting fade out in Photo Shop.
I really like it. The original's here somewhere.
Box 5 at the Paris opera house. Sound familiar?
I was a little obsessed with the Phantom then. I had just seen the play for the first time, and read the book. I took this the day before my camera died! I was so SAD! I'd had it since second grade, when I first went to London. It was my hanukah present...
Here's the Eiffel Tower. I think this was sometime New Year's Eve....

Another version of one of the bus pictures.
Haha. I love the red phone booths.
HERE's the original picture! Lots of fog that day.
The first time I saw the Eiffel Tower for real. The day we got to Paris, from the CHUNNEL! (Love that name!)
Also taken from a bus.
Random flag hanging somewhere near Buckingham Palace. Sort of...
Taken on a bus.
Notre Dame, my first night in Paris.
Random British guard. We had just watched a piece of the changing of the guards when I had to take the picture opportunity.
Eiffel Tower in B & W.

Trust me, there will be PLENTY more.
Maybe later tonight.

Really Fun

Ya' know, I thought writing as Clover was really fun... Not writing the book, although that's amazingly fun too, but writing with her not being scared out of her mind. Just talking randomly. It really seemed like I had gone to her and asked her to write something on my blog. It would be perfectly her, not planing a thing, showing up about half an hour late...
Hahaahaa!

I really think I'm gonna make it into a whole blog...

EEEEKKKK!!!! Next Wednesday (23rd) I go to London!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEKKKKK! WINTER BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOOHOO!!
Yeah, I really think I'll make a new blog for it...

Nothing to Say!

Gah! So sorry! I haven't had anything to post in a while, and, really, I still don't...

I'll be done with the second-grade book project soon... I just need to finish a few illustrations...
I can't think of anything to say..!
I still need to up load my photos from NY. I'm going to take the pictures I took at the UN to school, to show at social studies, because we've been learning about stuff like that. Humanities night is on Wednesday, there's a Hanukah carnival tomorrow night, so definitely no posting then, because I volunteered.

VOTE!!!! I can't decide what state to place my trilogy. VOTE!!!!

And what's wrong with me?!?! I keep typing because wrong! Since Thursday!

Oh, and all the people here from the Red Oak newsletter, hey!

VOTE!!!!!
Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. If I finish my homework I'll write up Twi telling Clover and those guys about the way to nullify her and others' powers...
Oooh! In This Twilight by Nine Inch Nails started playing with iTunes on shuffle! Yay! Gotta go listen.

Cheerio, peeps(again)!

Still in NY

Hi. Still in NY... Thanksgiving was great. My one opf my uncles sells books so he took me and my parents to one of the places he buys. It's in a BARN!!!!! So cool.

I've now had the best pizza in the world twice this week. In Riverdale, in the Bronx, there is this one place called Salvatores of Soho. THEY HAVE THE BEST PIZZA IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep.

Listening to Second Chance by Shinedown. I borrowed the copy of Midnight for Charlie Bone, the first in the series, that I gave my cousin, 'cuz he hasn't read it yet, and I'm rereading it for who knows how many times. Started this morning. Should be done by one tomorrow afternoon.

Coming home tomorrow. I'll post pics and stuff... Yeah. Bye!

Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. I wrote a new story for Twi. I might post my ideas on Sunday, or something.

The Name of the Game covers

This is Twilight Dawn Whispers on the cover of the first book, Reborn. I made her eyes violet because she's sad. No, I'm not gonna tell you why. Wait till I (cross my fingers) get the book published.

This is the original picture.

This is the cover for Revenge. It fits with my basic idea for the story and the few scenes I have planned.

This is the cover for Return. Her eyes are light icy blue because she's so really, really, REALLY angry, she's calm. This is when she gets her final revenge on Diavolo Mostri.

They all come from here. God, this person is freekin' bloody awesome!! (Yeah, yeah. I know my vocabulary's turning British. I can't help it! I need to practice for winter break. (Hooray for London and Paris. Too bad I can't speak French. My mom'll have to translate...))

Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. My friend Fay got herself a blog. You should check it out. RockUrWorld blog. It's awesome!

Les Miserables

Wow, I'm so stupid... What with forgetting to post for so long, I never said that I finished reading Les Miserables. (Victory dance!) It was 1222 pages long. I had been reading it since the first week in June, I finished it last sunday. (More victory dance.)

Yay me! Now I'm gonna read The Phantom of the Opera. I just need to wait till it gets in at the library.
Cheerio, peeps!

P.S. When we got to London and Paris for winter break, we're gonna see the opera house Phantom is based on. :-)

Some new photos

Ok, here are a few of my newest photoshopped pictures.
I tried to make this one look like it was drawn.

I took this at a photography class. It was the sun coming through a pine tree. I thought it was cool, so I took the picture.

This picture is the same as the first. I took it in St. Louis. (Obviously.)

The Spiral Staircase, 2

Here's the spiral staircase before I put it into photoshop. Oh, by the way, I remember where I took the picture. It was in the National Archives, somewhere outside the gift shop. I think. It might have been in the Court house, thing. One of the two. ;-)

The orange water in Saint Louis

Yes, the water really was orange.
I only changed the statue to make it look like a ghost. ;-)
See?! Orange water!

Yep. There really was orange water. I did not photo shop it. I swear on my shelf of favorite books.

Cheerio, peeps!

The Space Needle

Here is a picture of the Space Needle, in Seattle, from a while ago. by the way, I took this picture during the day. Photo shop is fun!

Cheerio, peeps!

The Spiral Staircase

I took this picture when I was in D.C. about a year ago. And then I inverted it. The stair case was marble, with metal rails, that were supposed to look gold. I think I took the picture at the... Ok, I have absolutely no idea where I took the picture. ;-)

AHHH! Pig attack!

Here is the regular picture of Sam I Am.

And here is the inverted, and crazily colored one.
With PINK eggs and ham!

Ok, in Seattle, all over the city, there were different statues of pigs. Like in Milwaukee they have Beasties, and things like that. I thought it was tremendously funny, and very cool. So, I went a little over board on the pig pictures. There was one that was Green Eggs and Ham. I liked that a lot, because I'm a big Dr. Seuss fan. On the side, there was a picture of Sam I Am. So, I took a picture of that (obviously). I found it on my camera, so I decided to play with it in photoshop. It was lots of fun.

Enjoy your travels, where ever they may lead!
Cheerio, peeps!

Guess what this is!

Guess what this building is! Got your guess? Well, it's a LIBRARY!!! It's SO COOL! It's in Seattle. And I took this picture!

Cheerio, peeps!

Black and white statue

I took this picture when I was in Seattle... Two years ago. And the stupid picture was still on my camera! Oh, well. I just had to play with the colors a little, and invert the image, to get the black and white. It looks really cool, doesn't it?

Cheerio, peeps!
