This year's goals

Ok, everyone. Here are this year's writing goals.

For a while, I'm going to take a break from The Digger's Daughter. However, I want to finish it BEFORE summer vacation. (Giving myself a few months...) The revision is pretty much re-writing it... And when I first wrote it I thought it was so GOOD! Sob! Oh, well...

While I break from Artemis, and all those guys, I'm going to be working on The Name of the Game. I want to get through chapter 5 (depending on how long that takes) before I go back to The DD. (Digger's Daughter)

Hopefully I'll be able to pull it off... Then I can start looking at publishers. I have a second cousin who could help, and my mom knows someone who knows someone who works at Scholastic, so that should help... Although it might hurt my chances if they know I'm a kid... I'm only a teen, after all. (And don't you think my stuff is all the better because of it?)

Happy Halloween!

Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, you read the title right. There's a birthday on Halloween.

Happy birthday, Nathaniel!
I don't have any pictures to show you. His name is because of The Bartimaeus Trilogy. So, I will tell you the story of how he was created. Or, really, more like the story of how he evolved. Lol.

When I was writing The Digger's Daughter solely for English class, I wanted to add some new characters in for a bit of mystery, add some more interest to the story. So I added Thomas. I thought he was cool, but he needed something more. I added a connection to Artemis' father. Then it didn't seem enough. I changed his age to 13, and his eye color to green, to try and give him to Art... Needless to say, it didn't work. I changed Thomas back and added James. I decided they needed one of those wonderful little brothers... You know, the kind that are your age and they have this weird sense of humor and style? They're really smart, sometimes smarter than older siblings. (like Thomas (Sorry, but I had to make him like that...))
Ah, never mind... It only works out for people who are kids, usually around that age. Oh well.
Happy 14th birthday, Nathaniel!!!!!

Ok, I need to add something for him... How about a math (Sorry people, but he REALLY loves math. Almost as much as Artemis. Lol. I need to give him SOMETHING!!)

Lol! We watched this video in school last year!!! His voice in funny!

Happy birthday Nathaniel!
Cheerio, peeps!
